Real estate valuation firm, Argianas and Associates, approached our team with a need to modernize and simplify their brand and website. Through many employee and past client interviews a clear theme appeared. Everyone at Argianas and Associates approaches every appraisal or consulting opportunity, big or small, with the same principals – honesty, integrity and attention to detail.

My colleagues and I first started with moodboards to clarify the new brand direction. Once a theme was agreed upon, a color palette, typefaces, photography and iconography styles were developed along with an update to the Argianas logo.

The process of reorganizing the somewhat dense content of the existing Argianas site was extensive – breaking down the information structure to help a wide range of potential customers understand how they might benefit from Argianas’ services. Information organization progressed from a simplified map to low and then high fidelity sketches. At this stage I worked with our web development partners to implement the new brand design along with the new navigation structure through multiple rounds and iterations.
